ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care accepts most major insurance plans—just bring your insurance card and photo ID with you. If you don’t have insurance, our affordable Prompt-Pay rates offer a great alternative to the ER and other clinics.
Please note that all payments will be expected at the time of service and that our friendly front desk team will help patients understand more about their urgent care benefit as included as part of their health insurance plan. We recommend patients reach out to their specific insurance provider to confirm coverage and out-of-pocket costs prior to their visit.
