Urgent Care for Minor Fractures
ClearChoiceMD can evaluate some minor fractures and other non-life-threatening injuries at our urgent care locations in Maine. If you suspect a broken bone, an on-site X-ray can help confirm or rule out a fracture and guide treatment. Swelling, bruising, pain with movement, or difficulty using the injured area can be signs that an evaluation is appropriate. Depending on the injury, your provider can explain whether additional follow-up care may be needed.
More serious injuries, including major trauma, severe bleeding, or obvious deformity, may require emergency care instead. For less severe injuries, you can walk in or save your spot in line online before visiting a ClearChoiceMD location for evaluation.
