ClearChoiceMD Donates School Supplies to Keene Schools

KEENE, NH – In an effort to support local students and families, ClearChoiceMD donated 60 backpacks filled with various items to benefit those in need. Thirty backpacks went to three of Keene’s elementary schools and 15 each to the middle and high school for guidance to distribute as they see fit.

Through discussion with Janice Barry, the director of community education, ClearChoiceMD was able to establish the best way to contribute to students directly.

“The ClearChoiceMD team wanted to put a donation together specifically for Keene students,” said Kelley Barton, Director of Marketing at ClearChoiceMD. “It was important to find out what kind of dontation would be most beneficial, and ultimately we were able to tailor backpacks for two different age groups.”

Thirty of the backpacks are filled with school supplies and activity items such as construction paper, crayons and pencils. The other half of the bags, meant for middle and high school students, have a large three-ring binder and personal hygiene kits.

ClearChoiceMD is a walk-in urgent care center located at 448 West St. in Keene. It is open every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and is equipped to treat all urgent non-life-threatening medical needs for patients of all ages.
