ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care recognizes the need for more affordable and convenient options and has introduced $160 urgent care visits.
$160 Urgent Care Visits Include:
- Provider Urgent Care Office or Virtual Visit
- In-House Testing (some exclusions apply)
- In-House Procedures
*$160 URGENT CARE VISIT DETAILS, TERMS & CONDITIONS:
$160 Urgent Care Visits are valid for Prompt-Pay patients only. Payment is due in full at the time of service. Prompt-Pay prices cannot be used in conjunction with insurance. Additional charges may occur for immunizations, durable medical equipment, prescription medications filled onsite, COVID-19 rapid antigen testing and outside lab tests. Outside lab tests include any test that is sent to Quest Diagnostics or Enzo for processing (the lab, Quest or Enzo, will bill you a separate fee for these).
