Meet Michelle Cotton-Miller
Michelle is a seasoned paramedic with more than 16 years of demonstrated skill in advanced emergency medical care in fast-paced environments.
She brings a robust skill set to the ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care team, including patient assessment, advanced cardiovascular life support (e.g., CPR and defibrillation), trauma care, emergency response and management, and more.
Michelle holds an associate degree in business. She brings a spirit of teamwork and compassion to the urgent care team at ClearChoiceMD.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends and caring for her five bunnies—a pastime she often shares with patients, helping build lasting connections and trust.
Why Did You Decide to Work at an Urgent Care?
“After several years working in emergency medicine, I wanted to extend my skills in an urgent care setting while continuing to help people when they are at their most vulnerable. I believe compassion and exceptional medical care go hand in hand in delivering the best health outcomes.”
Michelle brings an invaluable and natural ability to put our urgent care patients at ease through active listening, empathy, compassion, and kindness in all her interactions. She often goes the extra mile, providing small prizes to apprehensive pediatric patients or adults experiencing anxiety about their situation.
