The only way to prevent the flu is to receive a flu shot. All ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care locations will be offering flu shots at no cost to the patient throughout the entire month of October!
It’s important to get your flu shots before winter so your body has time to develop antibodies that protect against influenza. Receiving the flu shot helps protect yourself, and prevents the flu from spreading throughout the community. No-Cost Flu Shot Month allows patients to get vaccinated, regardless of insurance coverage. Vaccinations are available for ages 4 years and older, while supplies last. No appointments needed, just walk in! Patients should bring a photo ID and insurance card (if available). For those with healthcare insurance, we will bill the carrier and cover any remaining out of pocket costs. If you are without insurance, ClearChoiceMD will cover the cost.
